            <title>Evergreen State Fair Info Booth  Committee Discussion</title>

The SLOC ESF Info Booth Committee met on Sunday August 8.  
<br />

<br />
Here are the Minutes of that meeting.  (Please read more of this message after the minutes)

<br />
	
<br />
Furniture	Pedestals  only one needed to hold one of the monitors.  Height will be man height (approx 72 high so screen will be visible from further off.  Greg outman will manufacture this week.  
<br />
		Table  Ken Shotwell will provide (with blue skirt to compliment the banner
<br />
		Chairs (23)  Sultan Monroe 160 will provide
<br />
		Carpet &amp; Vacuum  John Mather (SM 160) has carpet from previous booth
<br />

<br />
Audiovisual 	TVs (2) Greg Outman will provide one and one will be rented Approx 20  30  screen.  
<br />
		DVD- Greg Outman will provide 
<br />
		Radio Signal Device (so both TVs show same video simultaneously ) Greg Outman provide
<br />

<br />
Videos		Masonic YouTube videos  Andre DeWald will reformat to DVD compatible format
<br />

<br />
Banner	Andre DeWald will order ASAP.  He has found a company in Texas that can produce the banner for a mere $ 100 (closest bid was $179)  Company promises 7 day delivery from date of order
<br />

<br />
Shirts	Bill Ferguson &amp; Andre are looking for reasonably priced polo type shirt with S&amp;C Logo (Designed by Greg Outman). Estimated cost is $25.  Opportunity to order will be communicated to the Lodges very shortly.
<br />

<br />
Brochures	Friend to Friend (Andre), Marvel of Masonry (Ken), WA Masonry (Ken will ask Bob Schlumpf to pick up in Tacoma @ GL). 
<br />

<br />
Passes	Parking and entrance tickets were handed out to each lodge at the meeting. I your lodge was not present please contact John Mather to get yours.  If your lodge does not use all the tickets they can be returned to the Will Call booth at the fair (tell them that they are for the use of the Freemasons Booth) and they will give them to someone who goes to the booth and identifies themselves as with the Freemasons Booth.  Talk to John Mather for details about this.

Entrance and parking tickets were handed out at this meeting.  If your lodge was not represented, please contact John Mather ASAP to obtain them for your Lodge.

Regarding parking or entrance tickets:  If your Lodge does not use all your tickets you can return them to the Will-Call booth at the fair (tell them that they are for the Masonic Information Booth) and they will be given to those Masons / Lodges coming in following days that may need additional tickets.  For information on this, contact John Mather.
