Well, with all the books, movies and the other publicity that we have gotten recently, the number of men seeking the Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth that we have is on the rise.  Past Masters and Members of the Lodges, heed the call.  You are needed to become the true and faithful Brothers to the ''younger'' Brethren. In a word "MENTOR".  Sure, coach as well, but beyond learning the ''work'', offer yourself, your time and your experience to that new member. Help him understand the requirements and the options open to him.  Understand what he may want and help guide him along that path. Don''t push him to be or do something he has no true interest in. If the Brother wants it, he''ll pull.... hang on!  Demonstrate our philosophy of universal tolerance and benevolence by your words and actions. Open the door to self improvement and knowledge if he knocks. Teach him that mutual assistance and charity is it''s own reward. With your hand show him that friendship and respect are the characteristics of every Mason.

Haven''t been to Lodge in a while because you didn''t think you were wanted or needed. Better check, I think there are Brothers looking for you.
